Data types are an important part of competitive programming as they help to store and manipulate data. The primary data types in C++ are int, char, float, and double. Each of these data types has their own specific range and format specifier. If statements are used to execute a set of instructions only when a certain condition is true. They are used to check if certain conditions are met in order to determine if a certain set of instructions should be executed or not, and in this video we’ll have an intensive explanation for each of these topics.
